I’m Ian Escario… Producer and Songwriter
As a music creator, you know the feeling: pouring your heart into a song, but not quite knowing how to turn it into something bigger. You’ve got ideas, you’ve got talent—but how do you make sure your music is seen and heard by the right people?
That’s the question I asked myself when I first started in music. I spent years playing in bands and writing songs, but I didn’t have a clear plan or strategy. It wasn’t until I committed to recording professionally, building a solid marketing strategy, and learning the business side of things that things started to change.
What I learned along the way is that success in music doesn’t come from just being good at your craft—it’s about building a sustainable career with the right people and support. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with world-class musicians and brands like Nokia and Coca-Cola, and my music has been featured in TV shows and commercials.
But the real breakthrough came when I realized that music creation is a journey, and the key to thriving is having the right community and consistent support. That’s why I created the Music Incubator.

I’ll be your dedicated coach and production collaborator throughout your entire 7-week journey, ensuring that every element falls into place.

With a background that spans signing with an Indie label, recording albums, and embarking on tours, I’ve not only honed my musical skills but also discovered innovative strategies to sustain a thriving music career. My journey led me to contribute to sync placements in renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Channel 5, Canal+, and commercials. Moreover, my experience extends to mentoring and coaching artists worldwide through programs and workshops.
Bruce Allen, Sound Engineer
Meet Bruce, the music maestro hailing from the buzzing music scene of LA, California. He’ll turn your raw demos into those finished tracks that are all set for the big release.
Here’s the deal: Bruce gives you a personalized experience that’s all about you. He kicks things off with a virtual chat where he gets to know your artistic vision inside out. Think of it as setting the stage for the magic that’s about to happen.
Oh, and there’s more! Bruce doesn’t stop there. He hosts a special group session where he spills the beans on killer vocal recording tricks. You get to ask all the questions you’ve got, and he makes the mysterious world of mixing sound like a piece of cake.
When you’re done recording remotely, Bruce jumps in to handle the mixing. He’s like a perfection ninja, making sure every beat and note sounds just right. And if you’re worried about the last-minute tweaks, don’t sweat it. You’ve got three chances to make sure your mix sounds as amazing as it can be.
Nico Renson, Producer and Film Soundtrack Composer
Nico will listen to your song and provide world-class feedback. He is always on the lookout for singers and songwriters to work with.
Nico has worked as a songwriter and producer for over 20 years, collaborating with artists like Joachim Garraud from Black Eyed Peas, Macy Gray, David Guetta, Nervo Twins, and Mel Blatt from All Saints.
His tracks have been featured in over 100 commercials, including Sony PS, Coca-Cola, BNP Paribas, FIVE TV, and Channel 4.
His debut album, under his solo artist name ‘Bunny’ was released in the US, Japan, and in Europe where the track ‘Leave’ was a hit single.
He’s also a film composer who creates music scores for movies and TV.

The roadmap to turning your music…
into a music business
We meet as a group once a week live on Zoom. You’ll have your first one-on-one call with me.
PRE-PRODUCTION: First things first, I’ll meet you for a virtual one-on-one session to go over your song and discuss your goals. We’ll talk about your vision for your song and look at possible arrangements, tempo, key, and choose your session musicians. Then we’ll prepare a basic demo before sending it to the session musicians in the remote studios.
Every month we’ll have 2 live group Zoom calls. Each call to answer all your questions and follow your progress.
Start virtual recording sessions with session musicians of your choice
Once we’ve chosen your musicians, you’ll get access to their calendar, so you can book the session with each one according to a time that suits you. Attend the virtual sessions in real-time and collaborate over video and high-resolution audio with the musicians. They will listen to your demo beforehand, and with their years of experience recording with top artists, record it in their remote studio (while you’re in the virtual room with them). Here, you can take add you artistic input to the sessions (I’ll be available to help direct and guide the recording).
You’ll get a minimum of 7 recording sessions (extra sessions are available).
Complete sessions and mix your song: Our Audio Engineer will give you a great mix.
You’ll choose which takes are the best before sending them to our Sound engineer. Now comes the post-production phase. You’ll have a virtual one-on-one meeting with him, and then create a great sounding mix. Then we’ll MASTER your song so it will be release-ready, stream ready across all platforms, and all devices.
While he is doing that, we’ll work on your artist brand so you will start to be visible to people looking for your style of music.
Your website will be the foundation of your artist brand, your online space where people can find you, which will give you options to monetize your music in a variety of different ways.
End of MONTH 2: Time to Implement! Release your song to the world/Start pitching to Artists, Music Sync Agencies, Managers, and collaborators
We’ll give you your roadmap that will take you on your journey to releasing your song successfully.

Questions that musicians like you asked before signing up for the Music Incubator…
How can you offer such high quality at such a great price?
I know… it almost seems too good to be true.
(At least, that’s what a lot of songwriters said before they joined the Music Incubator.)
We work as a bespoke remote production space for songwriters like you. We are musicians and producers ourselves and we work from home.
In addition, unlike the standard marketplace – which offers up expensive rates for producers and session musicians, the musicians we work with get paid a monthly salary.
They prefer a close-knit community, the stability of a monthly paycheck, and the ability to record for songwriters in the convenience of their own studios.
This also results in far lower cost per session – and a massive price reduction for you.
We also wanted to make this price affordable for everyone.
But…
We cannot guarantee that this price will be the same the next time we open the program again…
What if the Zoom calls are in the middle of the night for me…?
We alternate every two weeks to ensure we cover all time zones. Zoom calls are also recorded so if you can’t make one, you can log in to the portal anytime and view the replay.

What if I need more support during the recording sessions or arrangement of my song?
I’ll sit in on your recording sessions to help guide you through them.
I can also provide more musical direction . and give you (and your musicians) direction on how to improve the arrangement of your track. I have been MD (Musical Director) in many of the bands I was in, and I also write and arrange tracks for placements on commercials, TV, and streaming.
How much time will this take?
The program (Production, sessions, mix and master) is a 2 month program, but we’ve designed it to be flexible and work around YOUR schedule.
The recommended time per week is a minimum of 4 hours on average, and if you put in more you’ll see better results. If you’d like me to completely take the reins on this while you check in and out as time suits you, we can discuss the best possible route!

This sounds great but I'm really swamped right now with things happening in my life, how do I make this work ?
I totally get this. What I would say is: What you have here is an opportunity to actually achieve something important for your music so you don’t have to say ‘life is too busy’.
This is your time. This isn’t a course. There isn’t more stuff to learn.
This is about taking action and implementing your music so you have it professionally.
The Music Incubator is structured so that you can book the virtual recording sessions according to the time/day that suits you. This gives you the time to achieve it.
You can access video replays of the group sessions, and downloads to help prepare for your song release.
The recommended time per week is a minimum of 4 hours, (remember, you have a whole team of musicians, a producer, and a mixer working on your song!) and if you put in more you’ll see better results.
Does it matter if I’m a complete beginner and new to the music industry?
Not at all. This program is open to ALL levels, whether you’ve only written one song in your entire life or you’ve written 100 (or more!).
The important thing is that you have a passion for music and are ready to move forward.
Do I get to keep all the rights to my final recording?
YES! You get 100% ownership of the song. All the recording sessions are full buyouts. You own all rights to any tracks you record on the platform. And you own all the stems to the recordings as well.
Do I need to acknowledge the Music Incubator Program when I am marketing my song? Do I need to acknowledge the musicians who played on my song?
We are honored to help develop your track to a song ready for release (or whatever your goal). As an industry practice, credit ‘ Produced by: The Music Incubator for your completed song/piece of music that has been produced in the Music Incubator for any of your Streaming sites (such as Spotify, Soundcloud, Apple Music, etc) and distribution channels, CD’s, vinyl, cassette tapes, website copy, or any text/content, videos, Sync licenses or YouTube/Blog content, etc as your Production Team. You retain 100% full ownership of your song at the end of the program. Should you re-produce your song, then you can change your credits accordingly.
