Turn the song idea into a finished, professional recording, even if you’ve never recorded before

Picture this: in just a few weeks, your song isn’t a demo anymore. It’s polished, professional, out in the world. Finally something you can release, pitch, and share with pride.

Right now, maybe your songs are stuck in demo land, half-finished ideas on your hard drive. You know they deserve better, but without the right support, they stay unheard.
Before and After: A Journey from Demo to Polished Track
You’ve got a demo. We’re going to take it to the next level. Below are three tracks that started as simple ideas, recorded at home, or just rough drafts. With the help of our talented team of session musicians and producers, we turned these demos into professionally produced songs in just a matter of weeks.
Listen to the transformations below:
Queens Rise
Genesis Gomez / Marta Spirk
“I’m very happy with not only how it sounds but the entire process, the attention to detail, and really making sure that we were happy and satisfied with the end product… I highly recommend Ian and his services to anyone looking to have their tracks produced.” – Marta Spirks
Willing to Fall
Roland Young
“I began the program with little knowledge of locating song key, tempo, or working with professional musicians and conveying my ideas. After this program I have done it all and have learned so much.
Ian was consistently present, supportive, dedicated, and very personable. He treats you and your work as if it is his own. As an artist, I believe you can’t ask for anything more”.
Hola
Irene Steer
It was a fantastic experience to meet and learn from such a diverse and interesting group of musicians.
Under the warm and welcoming direction of Ian, I felt so fortunate to be guided and supported on a journey that has opened up so much in the way of music production and songwriting.
Picture Yourself a few weeks From Now…
You hit play and hear your song. Not a demo, not a rough idea, but a finished, professional track that sounds like the music you love.
Your friends and family can stream it. You have a platform to build your fanbase or catalog to pitch to producers or other artists. For the first time, you feel like the artist you always knew you could be.
No more half-finished ideas collecting dust. No more “one day.”
This is the moment your music finally takes its place in the world.
That’s the transformation waiting for you inside The Music Incubator.
We are passionate musicians and producers. Inside the Music Incubator, you’ll get to record with top session musicians and work with our team one-on-one to get your track to the level it deserves.
Meet the production team

Ian Escario, Producer
I help music creatives finish what they start, and release songs they’re proud of. Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from passionate hobbyists to seasoned singer-songwriters, guiding them from rough demos to polished, release-ready tracks they never thought possible.
When you join the incubator, I’m in your corner for the full 7-week journey. I’ll be your coach, collaborator, and creative partner, making sure every piece of your production clicks into place and feels true to you.
My own path started with signing to an indie label, recording albums, and touring. I’ve landed sync placements with brands like Coca-Cola, Channel 5, and Canal+, and I’ve helped artists around the world grow their confidence, clarity, and creative momentum through workshops and coaching.
If you’re ready to take your music seriously, and want someone who gets both the emotional and strategic side of the journey, I’m here to help you make it real.

Nuno Fernandes, Recording and Mixing Engineer
After living in LA and working at the American Music Awards and the GRAMMYs, I moved to London in late 2011 and back to Lisbon in 2018. Since then I have worked as a freelance engineer and producer with artists on both sides of the Atlantic and India, recording, mixing, remixing, programming, arranging, orchestrating.
Credits include Bryan Adams, Diana Krall, Procol Harum, Rita Redshoes, Elisa, Tainá, Pete Brown and Phil Ryan, amongst others. I work closely with my clients, always asking for reference mixes to make sure we are all working towards the same aesthetic vision. I have been working remotely for a long time and I will always make sure you are happy with the mix.
I can do a traditional stereo mix or I can mix audio files/tracks (WAV minimum 48 kHz/24 Bit) to create a Dolby Atmos immersive mix of a single song using dynamic, spectral, and effect processing.

Nico Renson, Producer and Film Soundtrack Composer
Nico will listen to your song and provide world-class feedback. He is always on the lookout for singers and songwriters to work with.
Nico has worked as a songwriter and producer for over 20 years, collaborating with artists like Joachim Garraud from Black Eyed Peas, Macy Gray, David Guetta, Nervo Twins, and Mel Blatt from All Saints.
His tracks have been featured in over 100 commercials, including Sony PS, Coca-Cola, BNP Paribas, FIVE TV, and Channel 4.
His debut album, under his solo artist name ‘Bunny’ was released in the US, Japan, and in Europe where the track ‘Leave’ was a hit single.
He’s also a film composer who creates music scores for movies and TV.

“[Ian] treats you and your work as if it is his own”
I began the program with little knowledge of working with DAWs, little knowledge of locating song key, tempo, click tracks, or working with professional musicians and conveying my ideas regarding my music…and after this program I have done it all and have learned so much.
Ian was consistently present throughout each step of the process providing his industry knowledge, insight, and his honest opinions of you and your craft. He was supportive, dedicated and very personable and he treats you and your work as if it is his own. As an artist, I believe you can’t ask for anything more.
Not only did I walk away with my first recorded song. I have this new musical knowledge and I have been able to work with, network and form friendships with a talented group of amazing artists.
I highly recommend Ian to anyone looking to learn, experience, grow and be positively pushed into becoming a better version of their musical self.

Irene loved collaborating with a group of top session musicians
“It was a fantastic experience to meet and learn from such a diverse and interesting group of musicians. What was most interesting was that everybody had something different to offer. Under the warm and welcoming direction of Ian, I felt so fortunate to be guided and supported on a journey that has opened up so much in the way of music production and songwriting.
I can’t thank Ian enough for those kind and professional words of encouragement especially in the early stages to help the process along. He has been so generous with his time and with sharing his knowledge. Thank you so much, Ian. I am so grateful to you for helping me to bring what was an idea in my head to fruition, it’s a wonderful feeling to hear my lyrics being sung with top-class instrumentalists. It wouldn’t have happened without you.”

Questions that musicians like you asked before signing up for the Music Incubator…

How can you offer such high quality at such a great price?
We’ve designed things differently. We work remotely, keep our setup lean, and collaborate with a small, trusted team of professional musicians.
Instead of charging high per-session rates, our musicians work with us on an ongoing basis, which keeps costs consistent and fair, for them and for you.
The result? You get high-quality production without the usual studio overheads or inflated pricing.
What if the Zoom calls are in the middle of the night for me…?
Feel free to join one or both!
What if I need more support during the recording sessions or arrangement of my song?
I can also provide more musical direction . and give you (and your musicians) direction on how to improve the arrangement of your track. I have been MD (Musical Director) in many of the bands I was in, and I also write and arrange tracks for placements on commercials, TV, and streaming.
How much time will this take?
Most songs are completed within 3–7 weeks, covering arrangement, production, mixing, and mastering. We’ll always agree on a timeline upfront, based on your track and what it needs.
You can be as involved as you like. Some artists love being part of every step, others prefer to hand it over and check in at key moments. We’ll start with a conversation about your vision, then shape the process around you, so you always feel comfortable, in control, and confident in where your song is going.
This sounds great but I'm really swamped right now with things happening in my life, how do I make this work ?
This is your time. This isn’t a course. There isn’t more stuff to learn.
This is about taking action and implementing your music so you have it professionally.
The Music Incubator is structured so that you can book the virtual recording sessions according to the time/day that suits you. This gives you the time to achieve it.
You can access video replays of the group sessions, and downloads to help prepare for your song release.
The recommended time per week is a minimum of 4 hours, (remember, you have a whole team of musicians, a producer, and a mixer working on your song!) and if you put in more you’ll see better results.
Does it matter if I’m a complete beginner and new to the music industry?
The important thing is that you have a passion for music and are ready to move forward.
Do I get to keep all the rights to my final recording?
YES! You own 100% of your song.
Every recording is delivered as a work-for-hire, so you keep all publishing and master rights worldwide, forever. You can release, sell, and monetise your music without paying any extra fees or royalties. Need it in writing? We can provide a signed work-for-hire agreement for any track. We’ve already secured all rights from our musicians, so everything transfers cleanly to you—no splits, no ongoing obligations.
Do I need to acknowledge the Music Incubator Program when I am marketing my song? Do I need to acknowledge the musicians who played on my song?
No, there’s no requirement to credit us. You own 100% of your song, and how you present it is completely up to you.
That said, credit is always appreciated. If you’d like to include it, you can use: “Produced by Ian Escario (The Music Incubator)”, along with any session musicians or mixing engineers. Supporting and recognising real, talented musicians is a big part of what we stand for, and it helps others discover the people behind the music.
If you’re ever unsure, we’re happy to guide you on credits too.

“…in the end, [my song] finished a masterpiece”
”My experience at the Music Incubator was truly Epic! Ian was a great teacher and motivator. I learned so much in a short period. We had one-on-one sessions, and group sessions on songwriting and the business side of music. I also enjoyed meeting people from all over the world who share the same passion for music and songwriting. My song had a good hook and melody but an average structure and in the end it finished a masterpiece!”
